1.International shipping is handled by Air INTERNATIONAL EMS Express Company. Usually it takes one week for delivery.
2.All orders will be insured for the full purchase amount, and can be tracked at the EMS website.
3.All international shipments are shipped via EMS express mainly in retailing, while for wholesale, please contact us, then you can enjoy free shipping and great discount offering here off retailing.

1.If you have any problem or question about your items, Please feel free to contact us;If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply send email to:info@Replicahandbagmall.com explain clearly the reason why you want to refund or exchange the products,then we will give you a Return Address,please Never send back to sender directly.Return request must be no later than five(5) bunisess days from the day you received it and return the product within seven(7)days from the date you received the merchandise.We will not accept any claim for damage, defect, or return after the five days period is over.
2.Please note the product must be returned unused and in the original condition you received,with all original packaging and no signs of used,must be in its original shape, free of any defect, including but not limited to stained, scratched or torn parts.Used products can't be credited back or exchanged for a new product.All the equipments like carebook,receipt,tags etc should be shipped along with the handbag.
3.We suggest that all items be returned to us by a shipping method in which you can get a tracking or delivery confirmation number. If we do not receive a return (or it does not show up in our records as having been received), we cannot issue a credit without a proof that it was delivered to us. Once the item is received, and the Product has not been worn or tampered with or no any damage caused; We will provide the Refund or Exchange to you.We provide free shipment,thus buyer bears shipping fee for return shipping fee(if it's for exchange,also buyer bear re-shipment fee).In Case you choose to have a Refund, a Sum of US$30 for First Shipping and Handling Fees will not be Refund.Refund will be made in the same form in which payment was received .
4.Accidently,the shipping may meet the custom questions at your country. If the custom detain the parcel,we will try to cooperate you to solve the problem, and if the question can not be solved, we will have no obligation to take on it.
5.Sporadically,the parcel may be lost on the way to you, first, we will try our best to connect with the post office to check it, though all efforts, if the lost is the final result (we agree the post office provide to us, and maybe the course will take a little long time, please wait with patient), we will give you a full refund or send the items you ordered again.
6.In a few cases, we may have shipped you the wrong product by our mistake, different than the actual items you ordered. Please send Email to info@Replicahandbagmall.com within three (3) days from the date you receive the shipment and return the product within seven(7) days from the date you received the goods. Returns must be in its original shape, free of any defect, including but not limited to stained, scratched or torn parts. Once we receive your return, we will ship you the correct item.
Exchanges
1.We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of the original order dispatch date. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you. Feedback now! If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund* (as per Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer.
2.You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.
3.We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges. You will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched. Cause that we process all orders as quickly as possible within 6-8hours after orders placing, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Hope you can understand in this key point. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.
Friendly Notice: If you did not receive your 10-digit tracking number within 3 days after placing your order, your e-mail server may have seen it as spam. In this case, please contact us for assistance in orders' tracking.
